Oak Tree Gardens: St Albans. The project responded to a series of public consultations and in depth council led design reviews to maximise the project in terms of public comments and maximum commercial viability.
The project delivery looks to preserve and protect as much of the existing locally listed building whilst providing high quality townhouses in the form of 3&4 bedroom homes. Mark Bell Architects worked alongside Morgan Sindall construction to deliver these luxurious homes.
