We were delighted to be appointed lead architect on the technical stages for a new mixed used building in the heart of the Bicester Eco Town Exemplar site for A2dominiongroup. Mark Bell Architects have a long proud historic connection with this zero carbon development.
We have recently been appointed as the technical design lead to deliver this project of affordable zero carbon rent apartments over a mixed use ground floor of commercial retail and a BREEAM excellence community/neighbourhood facilities.
