Abbey Walk is a development of 28 units over 5 residential blocks on a slim site in West Molesey, Surrey for Crown Simmons Housing Association.
The project responded to a detailed design briefing from Crown Simmons and Bugler construction. The contemporary nature of the project on a tight treelined site was challenging. The multiple blocks look to maximise accommodation for shared ownership and over 55 living accommodation.
The project delivery looks to preserve and protect the planning consent. The project delivers bungalows and apartments over several blocks with high quality facing materials such as brick, aluminium and timber cladding.
Mark Bell Architects worked alongside Bugler Construction to deliver these homes on time and to a tight budget.
